Pinnacle Planning & Forensics Limited was founded by Kannan Palaniappan, a planning and project controls professional whose career spans more than three decades across complex construction, infrastructure and engineering projects.
Throughout his career, Kannan has worked across both client and contractor environments, providing an understanding of the different technical, programme and commercial pressures that influence successful project delivery.
His approach combines detailed technical knowledge with practical delivery experience — recognising that a programme is not simply a reporting tool, but a fundamental management instrument for understanding progress, anticipating challenges and supporting informed decisions.
